An Investigation Into The Use Of PCR-RFLP Profiling For The Identification Of Fruit Species In Fruit Juices.

Abstract:
The project found that DNA extracted from fruit juice could not be matched against a database produced from the raw fruit DNA; the amplicons in the processed juice were much smaller. A by-product of the research was a database of fruit DNA.
